Michelle Melcher ACC, has been in the travel business for over 15 years. When she started automation was just making it's way into the travel agency, tickets were still hand written, invoices typed, and tariff pages were manually updated into a binder. Through the years she's worked all aspects of the business, from agent to manager and now as home based.

Always looking to continue her travel knowledge, Michelle has travelled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Cruises are her passion. She's sailed on 12 ships and counting. Recent European travels have taken her to Ireland, France, and England. Through continuing education she has earned CLIA's Accredited Cruise Counselor Certification, Royal Caribbean's Certified Cruise Professional, Holland America's Five Star Agent, NCL Specialist Plus, Tourism Ireland's Irish Specialist, and Marriott's Hotel Sales Specialist designation.

Being an active member of her community she has planned many group trips. Whether it's a small family reunion, an out of town soccer tournament, or a family and friends "blow out" on a cruise, Michelle has the experience to make it go smoothly.
