Barbara has been in the travel industry for over 20 years. Her passion for travel has taken her "Off the Beaten Path" to discover destinations that are unique and authentic in their own way. Being an avid snorkeler, her first trip to Hawaii began an interest in the waters and sights of the South Pacific. She has traveled to Tahiti, Fiji, The Cook Islands, New Zealand and Australia. She has vacationed in the Caribbean and Mexico, and taken many Cruises. She recently discovered European River Cruising. The Christmas Markets in Europe are a dazzle of music and food and a way to discover local customs in little villages across Austria, Germany and Switzerland

In 1998 she became a Switzerland Network Certified Specialist and now helps her clients plan their unique vacations ranging from apartment rentals in the Alps, or train travels on the Glacier Express, to Luxury Spa's in the Berner Oberland area. She recently completed the "Cities and Culture 2005 Education Program" in Basel, Switzerland.
